The Exhibit Hall

Each year, dozens of startup companies, established companies and other stakeholders in the Clean Energy Cluster have displays in the Conference Exhibit Hall. It is one of the most popular programs at the Conference and is the site for the Reception on Tuesday evening.  By popular demand, the Hall will be open during most of the Conference for the first time.

A table in the Hall provides your company with great exposure to the community as well as a place where potential investors, collaborators and customers can easily locate organizations of interest to them. Raise your organization's profile by applying for an exhibit table now.

Exhibitor Information

The Exhibitor Fee includes the following benefits for your organization:

• Tabletop exhibit space (2' x 6'). Please note that the Hynes Convention Center has an additional surcharge for access to electricity.
• Listing in the Exhibitor Section of the Conference Program Notebook .
• Name badge ribbon to identify you as an Exhibitor.
• One (1) complimentary registration for the conference.
• Exhibitors must apply to Exhibit.

Please note that exhibit tables are available only to clean energy product companies and to sponsors. Service providers will not be accepted as exhibitors unless they are Conference Sponsors.
